Shipping policy

All orders will be shipped using Singpost with tracking unless otherwise stated.

Terms and Conditions

• Kiraful will not be responsible or liable for any parcel lost in transit due to incomplete or inaccurate address.
• Kiraful will not be responsible or liable for any parcel lost via domestic normal mail or international registered mail.
• An additional shipping fee will be applied for returning of any returned parcel.
• All unclaimed parcels exceeding 6 months will be deemed unavailable and no replacements or refunds will be made.
• Delivery times stated are only estimates and may/ may not be the actual delivery period experienced.
• Any delays at the destination countries is beyond the control of Kiraful or third party shipping providers.
• Do expect longer delivery time, up to 14 business days, during peak period (such as festive season, major holidays or sales events).

• As custom and import fees varies, Kiraful is unable to advise the amount payable for the parcel once it reaches your country. Kindly check with your customer and import authority for more details.
• In the event that you reject the delivery of the order once it reached the customs of your country, you will be responsible for any admin charges and will not receive the full amount you paid for the order.
