Kiraful's warranty
All Kiraful’s items are guaranteed for a period of 30 days, from the date of purchase, against faults in workmanship or manufacturing.
All Kiraful’s items are guaranteed for a one-to-one exchange for notifications or returns made within 3 days, from the date of successful delivery, if you received wrong or missing item(s).
For defects caused by courier during shipping, customers should seek compensation directly from the shipping service in receiver’s country.
Return policy
We will not be able to exchange or provide 100% refund for earrings, body piercing products or hair accessories due to hygiene reasons.
We do not accept refund or change of gift cards.
Conditions of Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in original sale condition that you received it, unworn and unused with all original packaging and labels. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Earrings, body piercing products, hair accessories and gift cards cannot be returned for change of mind reasons unless there is a defect caused by the workmanship/ manufacturing process.
The Guarantee does not include the following to the extent they are permitted in the relevant legislation;
- Damage due to ordinary wear and tear,
- Damage due to misuse, accident, alteration, substitution or abuse,
- Repairs and alterations performed by someone other than Kiraful,
- Theft, disappearance or loss, and
- Any type of use causing damage or deterioration.
Kiraful reserves the right to judge whether the item(s) has been subjected to any of the above mentioned exclusions and all decisions made by Kiraful are final.
Shipping costs from online purchases are non- refundable. You (the customer) will bear all the shipping costs incurred during the return process.
You may be asked to provide personal details for returns or exchanges for verification process.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a set of instructions on how and where to send your package. Wrong/ damaged/ defective item(s) must be returned to us securely packaged and wrapped in original packaging (and are in good condition).
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Notes
No compensation for shipping costs will be provided for all methods of shipping for returning of products.
Shipping and handling charges for order will not be refunded.
It generally takes about 1-2 week(s) to process an exchange.
We recommend that you send your return via a reliable postage courier as we are NOT responsible for any lost returns.
